Project Info

The 450,000 square foot building will also incorporate a health center, fitness center, Center for Older Adults, WCTV, and a community library. The collaborative nature of this community campus makes it unique and offers a new world of opportunities not only for students, but for the community as a whole.

“The SPEC MIX silo system allowed us to save labor by utilizing only one man at each mixing station batching multiple products at one time,” said Mike Rimpf, Project Supervisor, Foti Contractors. “We would have had to add at least one or two extra men at each mixing station to keep up with production and schedule demands. Having only one laborer at each station allowed Foti to save tens of thousands of dollars on labor, while maintaining the schedule”. Foti actually completed their portion of the schedule two months early. “QUIKRETE Cleveland and Patrick O’Toole gave us excellent service throughout this demanding 18 month schedule for masonry completion.”
