Commonly referred to as "traditional stucco," this product is available for scratch and brown coats as well as custom-colored finish coats. Formulated for optimum workability and reduced shrinkage, preblended SPEC MIX® stucco contains either Portland cement and lime or masonry cement and sand. There is no sand to shovel. Our SPEC MIX® manufacturers blend clean, quality aggregates, cementitious materials, stable pigments and fibers that meet all applicable ASTM and UBC standards. These products provide the strength you require and the long-term durability the project owner expects. Delivered in our sturdy 3,000-pound bulk bags or easy to handle 80-pound or 94-pound bags, all you need to do is start your mixer and add water. Getting quality, consistent stucco is just that easy!
SCRATCH & BROWN STUCCO (SU-01)
SPEC MIX Scratch & Brown Stucco is a custom blend of cementitious materials, additives and aggregates meeting ASTM C 926 requirements and designed to be used as the scratch and/or brown coat in a traditional three-coat stucco system.
FIBER ONE COAT STUCCO (SU-02)
SPEC MIX Fiber One Coat Stucco is a custom blend of cementitious materials, additives, aggregates and alkali resistant fibers meeting ASTM C 926 requirements and designed as a durable and cost effective alternative to traditional three or two-coat stucco systems.
COLORED FINISH COAT STUCCO (SU-03)
SPEC MIX Colored Finish Coat Stucco is a custom blend cementitious material, additives, aggregates and pigment meeting ASTM C 926 requirements. It is designed as the finish coat for traditional two- or three-coat stucco systems.
FIBER BASE COAT STUCCO (FBC) (SU-05)
SPEC MIX Fiber Base Coat Stucco (FBC) is an ICC code approved, dry, preblended cement stucco basecoat that is engineered with proprietary admixtures and fibers that reduce shrinkage and checking. The SPEC MIX FBC is computer batched for consistency and performance unmatched by traditional field-mixed stucco. The SPEC MIX FBC can be installed as a "One Coat Stucco" basecoat (code approved) or as the scratch and brown coat in a traditional stucco application. Product meets the requirements for ASTM C 926
